Indoor Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga classes are sure to elevate your yoga practice. Our SUP boards provide imbalance and instability, challenging your mind + body. This challenge will increase your strength, stability and mindfulness. Preparing you for awesome sessions on the water in the summer.
Mom + Baby Yoga
Regain strength, flexibility and stamina as you bond with your baby in a supportive and welcoming environment. Tone and lengthen your muscles, strengthen your posture, relax and rejuvenate, relieve tension in the upper body, and safely rebuild core strength.
Enjoy special time with your baby, either holding your baby in your arms, leaning against your leg, on your front, sitting in your lap or resting on a blanket. Please bring a blanket for your baby to sit on and a few favourite toys. Special time is made for babies to enjoy their own yoga and bond with mom through touch, movement and massage.

Hatha (great for beginners)
This yoga class includes the practice of yoga postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama) which help bring peace to the mind and body in preparation for deeper spiritual practices such as savasan or meditation.
This class is relatively gentle, slow and great for beginners. This class is suited for students who prefer a more relaxed style of yoga, where they hold poses longer.
Beginner Hatha (catered to beginners)
This yoga class is specifically designed for the beginner yogi. During the beginner classes we take a closer look at yoga poses (asanas), helping you to safety and comfortably get in and out of poses. We explore the connection of movement and breathing, setting a great foundation for your yoga practice, in a safe and welcoming environment. This class is suited for new students or those who want to go back to yoga basics.
Restorative Hatha (all levels)
This yoga class includes the practice of yoga postures (asanas) held for a longer time, while connecting to ones’ breath using breathing exercises (pranayama). This class is ideal for students who want to bring deeper peace to the mind and body, as a way of recharging and restoring. This class is ideal for students who want to take their savasan to the next level.
FLOW-45 (all levels)
This yoga class is a 45 minute practice for all levels. We start with a gentle warm up and continue to flow between postures that allow us to strengthen and stretch. We end our class with 5 minutes of relaxation. No Competition. No Judgement. No Expectations. Come 10 minutes early to chat and meet your fellow yogis!
Hatha Flow (all levels)
This yoga class includes the practice of yoga postures (asanas) that flow seamlessly from one to the next with one’s breath. This class offers a quicker pace and it a great class in preparation for vinyasa flow classes.
Vinyasa (all levels, but some yoga experiance is ideal)
This yoga class includes the practice of yoga postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama) pieced together into an all levels flow. This class is suited for students who prefer a more energizing class that truly brings peace to the mind and body. The last 10 min of this class is spent in Savasana (conscious relaxation).
Hatha Flow with Weights (all levels)
This yoga class includes the practice of yoga postures (asanas) that flow seamlessly from one to the next with one’s breath. Light weights are incorporated into the flow movement as a way of strengthening the body and mind. This class offers a quicker pace, strength and it a great class in preparation for vinyasa flow classes.

Run + Yoga (all levels)
This coached running session focuses on building strength and endurance through short intervals and focused sessions. If you are a beginner or an experienced run these structured workouts will push you to the next level, or simply offer the one workout that we all struggle to do on our own! Each session focuses on run efficiency, proper running technique and speed development. After the run we return to the studio for a 30 min all levels yoga class. So much value in this 90 min class!
The masters swimming sessions are designed for swimmers + triathletes who want to develop their technique, swimming endurance, confidance in the pool and in open water. Offered Monday, Wednesday, Friday all year long.
