Weekly Fall-Winter workouts will include:
NOTE: group rides and group swims resume the week of September 23
Swim:
- Written swim workouts with periodic test sets,
- We’ve combined and joined with St. Catharines Masters at the Kiwanis Pool for September to March,
- Private, Club-Only, technique sessions are booked periodically throughout the year,
Bike:
- Saturday morning group ride, leaving from Lock 3 in St. Catharines at 08:00 and meeting the main group at Trysport Niagara at 9:00,
Run:
- Wednesday evenings – TWO LOCATIONS, 1) 18:00 at Trysport Niagara, 2) 18:00 at Lock 3 in St. Catharines,
- Sunday mornings (08:00, locations rotate from Trysport, Lock 3, Brock, and Short Hills)
